Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the Universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We're looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for the creation and development of CRM strategies to secure and manage target audiences while delivering outstanding campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to improve user engagement and achieve business KPIs.
  • Manage and optimize communication channels (push notifications, emails, in-app messages) for effective CRM campaigns and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted and impactful CRM campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, maintain detailed reports and dashboards to measure success and identify insights for improving user engagement.
  • Track, optimize, and enhance player engagement through effective segmentation and behavioral analysis.
  • Create and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaign strategies and messaging, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns for maximum impact.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms such as One Signal and Braze.
  • Proficient in analytics, comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Proven track record of project execution and taking full ownership of projects.
  • High-level proficiency in English.
