HR Partner

We're looking for an exceptional HR Partner to join our growing HR team. 

As an HR Partner at Moon Active, you’ll be a key player in designing the company’s strategy in talent management, people engagement and company culture.

• Lead talent management and development initiatives to support people’s high engagement and lifetime retention. 
• Partner with HR’s main functional areas (Hiring, Employee Experience, Learning & Talent Development and Compensation). 
• Coach and provide consultancy to business leaders to further develop their leadership skills and teams.
• Lead and execute various projects and initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, communication and performance.
• Proactively identify business needs, design and execute HR solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Partner.
• Experience in supporting both growing and dynamic teams.
• High level of business acumen.
• A true hands-on approach and ownership to ensure people’s high level of engagement.
• Ability to work independently and proven experience in problem solving.
• Effective communication skills in both Hebrew and English - written, verbal and listening skills. 
• Experience in team building and team development.
