We're looking for a content writer who will be responsible for writing content for the Support team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in the dynamic gaming industry.

Responsibilities
  • Write and edit articles and templates which are read by millions of players monthly.
  • Team up with multiple studios to develop content according to the game's tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our users’ support experience.
  • Take part in developing our brand guide and content strategy
  • Build monthly reports to monitor the performance of our help centers to find areas for improvements
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a content writer, technical writer, or knowledge base writer.
  • Curious and interested in data analysis, with a desire to strengthen quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Native-level English speaker with a deep-rooted passion for spelling and grammar
  • Strong ability to explain elaborate concepts into user-friendly content
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for various types of content
  • Proactive and creative individual with a sharp eye for details
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment - Advantage
